II. Concept design

  • Following receipt of the initial payment, a design and cost estimate are prepared for your project

  • The content is then reviewed together over a video call. During this session, you can provide feedback, request adjustments, and explore options to better align the design with your preferred features and budget

I. Initial consultation

  • We meet at your property to discuss your vision, understand your requirements, and talk through any initial ideas or constraints

  • A preliminary site inspection is carried out, including basic measurements, photos and notes to ensure we fully understand the conditions and scope of work

  • Using the information gathered, a formal proposal document is prepared, including scope of works and schedule of fees

  • The proposal is then submitted for your review
